Pro.Makeup is a professional directory and verification platform for makeup artists. Our Service allows:
3.1 Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account using accurate and complete information.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service.
4.1 Certificate Upload: Makeup artists may upload professional certificates for verification. You represent that all uploaded documents are authentic and accurate.
4.2 Verification Process: We use automated and manual processes to verify credentials. We reserve the right to reject any submission that cannot be verified.
4.3 False Information: Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
5.1 Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.
5.2 Content Standards: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
5.3 Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EVERGROW MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
9.1 Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
9.2 Professional Services: We are a platform that connects clients with makeup artists. We do not provide makeup services directly and are not responsible for the quality of services provided by makeup artists.
9.3 Verification Accuracy: While we strive to verify credentials accurately, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all information on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVERGROW MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVERGROW MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
